Case Highlight: Precision in Venous Stenting

“After using the Viva stent for the treatment of transverse sinus stenosis, what stood out to me most was how access, control, and precision come together as a single continuum. Navigating the jugular bulb smoothly over a 0.014″ wire—without the need for an intermediate catheter—immediately simplified what is often the most challenging step.
From there, the combination of excellent trackability and full resheathability enabled precise positioning, with the confidence to reposition when needed. Overall, a procedure that is typically technically demanding became more straightforward, controlled, and predictable.”

December 2025:

We’re proud to share that Dr.Anat Horev presented the first-in-human cases using the *Viva Stent* at the BRAIN Conference in London.
This marks a key milestone for Vflow and for the treatment of cerebral venous disorders. The Viva Stent was successfully implanted in patients with transverse sinus stenosis, showing promising early results and significant symptom relief.
